Products Show - Portable Plasma Cutting and Welding Machine
Characteristic |
| |
| The Portable Plasma Cutting and Welding Machine can be used to cut, weld, hole and process ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal. It can be also used to process beton, stone and glass. It have been applied widely to the fields of building and mounding, petroleum and chemical industry, fire-fighting and rescue, home appliance and so on. |
Carry-home
It weighs only 6kg in total, and works on the condition of a little water and 220V 50Hz AC. And it does not need air compressor.
Multi-function
The plasma emitter build-in may create 8000¡æ plasma flame. It can be used to not only cut but also weld.It can be used for cutting metal such as carbon steel, tool steel, alloy steel, stainless, copper and aluminum, and no-metal material. The thickness of steels may be from 0.5mm to 10mm. It have two welding mode. Mode I is similar to gas welding in technics. Mode II is similar to arc welding in technics. User may shift the mode freely.

High Performance
Owing to using most advanced technology, it has characteristics of stable plasma arc, small deformation, beautiful cutting seam and welding seam. It has high load ability. Its duty cycle may be up to 100%.
Safety
It uses clean water as work liquid, and has no pollution. It's protect grade reaches IP 21.
High Temperature
The fire flame¡¯s temperature can reach 8000 ¡æ.It can apply for cutting ,welding and surface processing of all kinds of non- inflammable materials. |
Good Environment protecting and Energy saving
It is easy to make it producting arc and it has small splash and low noise. Its output power without load is low so it possesses high efficiency. 2.2KW only can cut 8mm steel board,220V/50Hz civil electricity networks.
High-Tech
It has get applied patent in China, awarder the certificate of Class A of class A of Shanghai high and new technological project transfer in 2002 in China, the certificate for safety of Ministry of Public Security for fire-fighting product in 2003 and the certificate of China Compulsory Certificate (CCC) in 2004.
